Yes, if you want us to that is! We source high quality brand products to ensure your home is cleaned thoroughly. We love to trial new products too, so if you do happen to see our caddy holding some new products, it's because we've found something new we love and can vouch for. Mop heads, clothes etc are washed after every use to ensure good hygiene practice. That said, if you prefer we use your own products and equipment that is fine too.
Great question and very sensible to ask! To reassure clients, I have a valid disclosure certificate from Disclosure Scotland (Scottish Government). When meeting clients for the first time I will present this for validation. Word of mouth is how I have grown my business, so you can also check out my reviews online (website and Facebook) to offer that little bit more confidence.

This can be entirely different, dependant on the individual home. How the house is currently maintained and the size of the property. We endeavour to clean thoroughly but also working within a reasonable time frame. Absoloutely not! We are a guest in your home and will continue to work as if you weren't there anyway. The decision to stick around or venture out and take advantage of your free time is entirely your decision. A vast majority of our clients are made up of busy working families, that want to utilise our services whilst at work. We have a key safe securely bolted into our property with key tags secretly coded for each clients home.
Yes. All of our domestic services are 'contract-free'. We do supply a basic terms and conditions, and ask for one weeks notice should you wish to terminate services. We just like to remind clients that if you do choose to cancel, there is no guarantee of availability should you wish to ressume services. However, we will always do our best to accomodate you.
If in the unlikely event you are not satisifed, then please talk to us. We prefer to work on a complete open and honest basis. If we are doing well, feed our ego and tell us! Leave a review, recommend us to a friend! But at the same time, if you are not happy with any part of the service then we want to know. If there is a particular area you are not happy with, let us know within 48 hours of your service and we will do our best to be back and rectify it within 48 hours. The cleaning for us is of course very important, but so is the relationship between us and our clients.
Some things to consider...
If you’re hiring a cleaner for the first time, it can be tough to figure out whether or not your cleaner is doing a decent job. Before we start, it’s extremely important to understand that we are not magic. If you hire a us for a couple of hours, you can’t expect everything to be perfect after the first visit. It can take multiple cleans to get your house to a standard that we will then maintain.
WHAT CAN BE ACHIEVED IN A TWO HOUR VISIT?
Assuming the house has been cleaned to a maintainable standard, two hours every week is enough time for us to maintain a three-bedroom house. That means hoovering, dusting and any other small household cleaning tasks. Of course, this is only realistic if you take care of some basic cleaning tasks yourself.
LETS US CLEAN AND NOT TIDY!
Don’t leave all of your washing for us to fold, or to pick off the floor. These basic tasks take up valuable time, the more stuff you handle yourself, the more time we have to clean. If you struggle to stay tidy, you might want to ask us about our decluttering services.
SUMMARY
In short, we should be able to maintain your home at a reasonable level of cleanliness in two hours, as long as you’re not leaving basic time-consuming tasks like folding and picking up laundry etc. Feel free to tell us what to prioritise, so you can get the most out of our services.
